Overview[edit | edit source]
|Food is a representation of how fed you currently are. You will gradually become more hungry over time, but actions that consume Stamina will also drain your food. If your character is Cold, they will become hungry faster. If your food reaches 0, you will Starve, draining your Health and gradually increasing Torpidity.|
Stamina & Food[edit | edit source]
When your health/stamina is reduced from its maximum it recovers over time when the cause of the decrease stops. This recovery causes the food stat to decrease at an accelerated rate which can easily result in your character starving if not managed properly.
Increasing[edit | edit source]
Putting a skill point into Food will increase your maximum food consumption by 10.
Notes[edit | edit source]
- When you eat food, your hunger will refill over time by giving you a regeneration effect, the total amount depends on what you eat.
- Eating more food than your food bar can hold will not hurt you, but it will not carry over either. It simply is a waste of food.
- Some players never invest any points in increasing food at all. It is usually considered a low-priority stat, as food sources are plentiful in PixArk.
- You can also eat Raw or Carrion meat, but this will lower your health and only provide a slight food increase.
