Overview[edit | edit source]
The Preserving Bin is a large refrigerator-like structure used to extend the spoil timer on most consumables.
Crafting[edit | edit source]
Can be crafted by Hand.
Used to craft Cooked Meat Jerky and Cooked Prime Meat Jerky.
Usage[edit | edit source]
Place on top of Foundation or Ceiling. You can put up to 24 individual stacks of consumables within the bin.
Can be rotated with "E" before placing. Once placed, you can Access Inventory, Lock/Unlock, and Demolish for half the crafting cost.
This item can be Dyed with a Paintbrush or Spray Gun. It can be dyed in Regions 0, 1, and 2.
Additional notes[edit | edit source]
- Must be placed in an area of at least 4 x 4 with nothing behind it.
- It cannot be placed against a wall, but blocks can be placed behind and above it once placed.
