Movement Speed is a measure of how fast you can move. Your Weight will also affect your movement speed while Crafting, Encumbered or Injured. Oxygen Increases movement speed while swimming. |
Increasing
Speed doesn't have the ability to be permanently increased through adding skill points. You can however temporarily increase your movement speed for 1 minute by consuming a Swiftness Potion.
